We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel or refuse orders placed based on incorrect information.

Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or pricing errors.
Payment must be received in full prior to shipment. We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Please review all order details carefully prior to purchase. Balmoral is not responsible for errors made at checkout, including shipping address or product selection.

Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in the selected currency and are subject to change without notice. Duties and taxes are included in the final purchase price for applicable destinations.

Shipping
Orders are processed and dispatched within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping timelines are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed. Balmoral is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Balmoral is not liable for packages lost in transit or for shipments marked as delivered by the carrier. In such cases, customers are responsible for filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within the specified return window, provided items are unworn, unused, and in original condition with all packaging intact.
Return requests must be submitted through our returns page and approved prior to shipment.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Approved returns are issued as store credit unless otherwise stated.

Final Sale
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Product Availability
All products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without notice.

Chargebacks & Fraud
By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue.
Balmoral reserves the right to dispute any chargeback claims and to provide relevant order, shipping, and delivery confirmation to the payment provider.
Accounts associated with fraudulent activity or abusive chargebacks may be restricted from future purchases.
